Oh, my...this is incredible work. Sometimes I look at doll sites and get the feeling that the creator is not so much artist as fashion designer (which is okay), but then there are sites where it's evident that the creator of the dolls and bases really sees it as an art form. This is one of the latter. You have a very clear sense of composition, line, shading, etc. I hope you don't mind, but I've saved a few of your adoptable dolls just to get a closer look at the lighting effects and the folds of the clothing.
I particularly like the Harry Potter sets. Moaning Myrtle's friggin' adorable. I think we may have similar taste in characters. I notice a few Eowyn dolls in your LoTR section.
Anyway, lovely site, lovely dolls, lovely bases. I will definitely be back. And please email me if you object to my saving your dolls to study your technique. I'll willingly (thought regretfully) delete them from my hard drive if you do. |
